Marvelous! Then there are others whose inquiry about this day… digs into the meat of things and questions why this day is an acknowledgement of all good…without the acknowledgment of those processes of endurance. For example? If a person says “Today I celebrate you not because of what you have done…but for that which you have endured..in those moments that no one sees…” would that be odd? If so…Think it not strange that one can boldly proclaim it is a happy day for mothers…while avoiding addressing the whole of what this day means to that Mother? Does anyone ask while celebrating her past and present actions…"What significance does this day hold for YOU..MOM”? I’m simply saying that while it is a beautiful and joyous moment in time to give thanks and gifts and flowers and every good thing that comes to mind…. While reminiscing about how you made it through because of Mama… just know that some Mothers simply want to HEAL. Don’t Just talk and eat and give gifts…. Listening doesn’t cost a thing. #BeBlessedJeJe
