More pain!!!! What is there I can do??? Or is there nothing I can do...?

I have two places where I feel cramping. One I had it one side of my body then like a ping-pong ball it went to my other side, then back and forth again. Then when a day or two I felt two pains in the middle, it's like right and left side of my middle part down there, and there was another pain that was on the side again. To top it off I had painful nipples which I posted here and I was on meds and was told that it was hormones caused by the meds I took. It's been now a month scene I had my last pill. Now the pain in my nipple is all over my boobs can't touch them without the pain. In the middle of my boobs it is like a sharp stabbing pain. Also my bra don't seem to be fitting me anymore and I have to go and wear my lovely sports bra if I want to remain sane with all this pain. Jeez someone give me a pill meant for a horse!!! My poor hubby can't do what he likes with me anymore. I do still have my doc apt. it's on the 20th of this month. What can that be?
