Looks like it is everyone to their own! Toothpaste definitely gives a cool tingle but I am not too keen on it. Now a nice warm cup of tea in her mouth is heavenly! :)

about the mint, it feels cool, but not tingly. good feeling.
my fiance used to drink hot tea while giving oral. best feeling.

Eighty percent of the people who replied said they find it not appealing to put gum and mints in the mouth while giving head when the reader asked if it had an affect if you chewed gum right before it not during. Could the readers of dear cupid please buck up their attention skills before they reply. And yes op, i get a tingling sensation when my girlfriend sucks a mint before and then gives me head.

Chewing gum gets in the way. Try toothpaste instead.
Ice-cubes are usable, but you best be very careful, ice-cubes can hurt.

Chewing gum? No!!! Too much multitasking trying to give head and chomp your gum. What if you accidentally bit down on his wanker?
Ice cubes, Pop Rocks candy (FUN!), icy flavored breath mints? Yes!

I would surely go with the combo of ice cubes and warm/hot coffee.. the cold hot sensation is supposedly very lovely for a guy.
I would not try and chew gum and give head, honestly. Me being blond and all...

Altoids or ice cubes. Definitely no chewing anything! You don't want to accidentally chomp down on him. And absolutely no cinnamon or warm spicy things. Those can burn. You can always just give it a try if he's up for it. If you want to see if he likes the hot/cold thing, you can just blow on the side of his penis during oral and it will feel cool. If he likes that, you can up it keeping an ice cube or cold drink and sucking on it every so often.

Chewing gum while giving a BJ? I'm not a guy but that still made me double-cross my legs!

A

I've heard of using Altoids
and Ice cubes (not together although that would be interesting)
I would not want a mint or gum or an ice cube in my mouth while actually giving head....
as for if it's pleasant.... well that would be up to the man to determine if he likes it.
i am sure some of my previous partners would have liked it but I am betting the current partner would not.

Yes it is safe, and with some guys if the mint is strong enough then yes it might add tingling, but that does not mean it works with everyone though, so I suggest you see what he wants. Also try the mint as well and see if there is any difference.
