Well seen as this is a relationship site not a medical help site then all we can suggest is that you and your fiancee go see a real doctor!
We are not doctors here on Dear Cupid and although we try and help with medical questions, the only thing you can actually do to help you in this situation is to see a medical professional who can then run tests on you both to see if your fertility is a problem.
If you have been trying to get pregnant for over 1 year now (as in 12 whole months) and you are having sex frequently, then this would suggest there is a problem somewhere so a doctor will be able to help you.
But if it has been less than a year since your fiancee had a miscarriage then the doctor will probably send you away until the full year has passed and just tell you to buy a ovulation testing kit from the pharmacy and to keep on having lots of sex!
I hope this helps and good luck

Our bodies aren't always like clockwork and not all women have very consistent menstruation. That however, shouldn't have much to say directly about the ability to get pregnant. If you are trying to get pregnant, and if it doesnt happen by simply having sex all the time, buy one of these tests in the pharmacy that shows when she's ovulating and when it will be most likely for her to get pregnant. Also ask for hints and ideas on how to increase the chances. Talk to a doctor perhaps, since she has had a miscarriage already (I presume thats what happened last year) she might be at risk for having another miscarriage.
