However, I wanted to make sure that it doesn't affect young girls from becoming infertile in the future or lose their sexual appetite when they marry. i want to wait till I get married to have sex. It's not easy. Lately I've been fighting the urge to masturbate and sometimes I fight it but most times I give in. I pray to god to forgive me but it's hard to stop. I don't put anything inside me or touch myself. But I use a blanket to caress and hump. I feel embarassed and unworthy. Ahh I wish everything that felt good wasn't always a sin. I wonder if christian and catholic girls who fight the urge to stay pure masturbate?

If god made us in his own image then god MADE sexual feelings. All the animals have sex, humans have sex, we all NEED to have sex in order to exist - as i have babies.
How are you going to stay pure until marriage if you don't masturbate? It's the only way. Maybe god made masturbation so you wouldn't HAVE to have sex until marriage? Maybe god has sex himself, he must approve of it since he created it right?
Just masturbate. It's not a sin. Even if it was, god is forgiveness. Repent and all is forgiven. It's not in the 10 commandments.
By the way, using the blanket is a very common technique so don't be ashamed a lot of women do that.

I am not one to disrespect another's religion, but this site can do without the sort of dangerous rant from evelast653.
The "hellfire and brimstone" tub-thumping evangelism is such a caricature that I can't believe people still exist that think and talk that way.
Evelast, you must not attempt to frighten the young with such outmoded ideas in that way. I guess you will flame me for what I've said, but I had to say it.
My ratings will drop through the floor, too!
Harry.

I agree with satin & harry-it's ok. I don't think there's any reason to think infertility could rise from masturbating-although I'm not a doctor. Also, if it did-I wouldn't have the 4 children I do now. (Hint hint)

against popular belief, masturbation is a sin. In fact when you masturbate, your being mastered by your sin, and sin separates us from God. I myself struggled with masturbation for about 6 years (starting in the fourth grade) until recently. Like yourself I struggled to not give in to temptation. It started of as something I did when I wanted to because I thought it felt good. Later on as time progressed I was doing it at least three times a day every other day. I might have gone a two weeks and then give in again. I was struggling like yourself with the spirit of Lust. However I didn't truly succeed until I stopped trying to do it by myself. If you really want to be free from masturbation I suggest you first repent of your sins, ask Jesus to come into your heart, then visit Porn-free.org. This website offers devotions, prayers, and help for recovering masturbators, porn addicts, and sex addicts. It helped me discover the root behind why I had been masturbating to begin with. Don't believe what unbelievers say about "getting in touch with sexuality" or "needing to practice for when you get married." NONE of these people understand the true meaning and purpose of sex. Sex was created by God, for two married people to enjoy. When you or anybody else masturbates you defile your body WHICH DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and you rape the Holy Spirit which God sent to live inside of you when you first believed in him. Now as for your guilt, that's just another one of the tools Satan uses to make you fill disconnected from God. BUT you have to remember that God loves you girl. The creator of the every known and unknown universe LOVES YOU. If you come to him and confess your sins even seven seconds after your last orgasm, HE WILL FORGIVE YOU! REMEMBER: NO TEMPTATION IS TO GREAT TO BEAR: The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure. -1 Corinthians 10:13STAY STRONGGod Bless

As usual, the delicious satin is quite right!
I would add just one thing to what she says; the clitoris has only one purpose - pleasure.
Sexual pleasure.
Would you have been given it if it were wrong to use it for such a purpose?
Harry.
