Your hands are your best friends as they are soft and don't require batteries :-)
Your body will tell you what feels good and what doesn't, so don't try to force it or aim for anything in particular, just find something that feels good and stick with it.
And orgasms ? They're pretty good and when you've hit the right spot and got there, you won't be in any doubt about what it feels like.
For guys, it's major muscle tightening and contractions in the pelvic/genital area. That's also true for women, but women's orgasms can also be much more than that, and each woman is different.
