Ok before you even think about getting married, I would not brag about who your boyfriend is and how old he is. Yes, the age of consent is 16, but that is definately walking a fine line versus being 17. I know it's ridiculous since they say 16, but they still see you as a minor since legally you are not an "adult." Plus they have all these loop holes that can totally put him in jail! I'm sorry, but the law doesn't give a crap about "love" or whether your parents allow it! BE CAREFUL!

Now onto your question. Yes, you can get married with parents permission at 16. I don't know exactly how it works, but I read it when I was around that age. Like 3 years ago or so. You may want to research it, and then go straight to the court and ask. It never hurt! Otherwise just wait 2 more years and you can do it without anyones "permission."

Goodluck with everything!

sexi agony auntHi

Im not sure, it depends in which state you live. I do think that if you are under 18 and pregnant then your bf can go to jail. Be careful what you decide.

Regards, mail me if you wanna talk
