 It is most likely a psychological issue, since you can get an erection, but you lose it when trying to have sex with your wife.
I suggest you speak to your doctor (huisarts) and ask them to recommend a therapist to you who has experience with sexual conditions. You should also check your medical insurance (vesekering) to see if you can upgrade it to cover this treatment.

 I think you need to sort out what your psychological problem is. Certainly after a year of this you will have a big mental block about it now. You need to work out how it started. You don't say if you've ever had sex with your wife - was it OK before you got married?
I suspect you need professional help with this. I think you should go to a sex counsellor as well as looking into medication, but I think the counselling would be better than taking pills. You can't take pills forever. You need to sort out what's worrying you. Good luck. : )
