Plus my friend(also the boy i like) is coming with us so tha'ts another big reason why i want to lose weigt. 13 days till we go. I'm wondering what can I lose in 13 days? In weight. I don't want love handles or chubby legs and that. I'm a member of the gym but i'm at my friend's like everyday my mum has a step machine thing though. I have lots of fruits and stuff and if i can lose enough to regain a nice figure in that amount of time then i will stick to it. If not it's pointless

How many pounds is 9 and a half stone? All I can tell you is exercise and diet(not the starvation kind). Eat several small meals a day instead of three big ones. This will get your metabolism going.
No sugars, breads, noodles. No oil either.
Good luck honey.

Recommended weight loss is 0.5lb to 2lb a week so the absolute maximum you can safely lose is 4lb (less than quarter of a stone). Your body shape will hardly change.
You need to see weight loss as a long-term project not a last minute rush. From personal experience shedding one and a half stone a couple of years ago, it took me 6 months. I reduced my calorie intake slightly (still enough to make me grouchy) and increased my exercise (40-60 minutes fast walking a day and two weight sessions of 30 minutes a week).
Eight healthily and incorporate exercise but be realistic: You won't lose your love handles in 13 days.

Firstly, you're probably not as fat as you think you are. You have a teenage body, and I'm sure it looks good. However, if you want to get yourself in the best shape you can, try this:
- Drink only water, freshly squeezed juice and herbal tea
- Eat lots of fruit - if you're hungry between meals, have fruit and nuts/seeds rather than anything else
- Breakfast: have an apple when you first get up, and go for a walk or swim; after that, have bacon and egg with no toast, or a big bowl of your favourite cereal
- Lunch: a huge salad or a smallish sandwich; go for a walk or swim
- Tea: have a cup of tea and a biscuit around 4 if you want (you will be hungry if you've done the exercise I said earlier in the day)
- Supper: make sure you have it on time - the worst thing is to wait, because then you'll be too starving. Have it between 6 and 7 at the latest. Have, eg, as much rich and vegetables as you want, or the same with a smallish portion of meat or fish. Or have a smallish portion of pasta with a tomato-based sauce (with, eg, tuna) and lots of salad. Or have a baked potato with cheese and/or something and lots of salad. Basically, don't have crap like fishfingers and chips, and don't have huge portions of anything apart from salad/vegetables. Stop eating when you aren't hungry, even if you've left something on your plate.
And if you eat hardly any bread for the 13 days, that will certainly help. It really blows me up - don't know about you - but it does, and it also tends to make you want more of everything else, I find.
Also you could do nice things like getting some good body lotion and making sure you put that on once or twice a day, and exfoliating your skin in the shower every day, and getting your nails done (toes and fingers), and putting foot cream on every night.
Have fun! I'm sure you'll look great.
