Married man problems..what should I do?

i got accidentally involved with a married man who is my boss too i m 37 and he's 55 we never did sex but ya bit oral activities i like talking to him as i m unmarried he's ask me not to call before his wife and keeps all measures to hide his affair with me from his family says he loves me a lot but cant be together i also know that we cant be together what should i do continue or leave him .
