Well im a lady lover, always have been. I WEAR THONGS NOW. and like them, have been wearing them for abour 2 years. with regular underware I get my balls pinched off. squeezed, getting in and out of the car, always adjusting myself. Thongs hold the goods nice and compact, out of the way of daily activity. they feel good im glad I tried them.
women wear thongs and if you think about it they dont have anything, or need to have to wear one, but they do.
I had a girlfriend for a long time who used to wear my regular brief underware, she said they were more compfortable than hers I thought nothing of it.
so guys wear your thongs if you like them.

reader, anonymous, writes (28 January 2009): I believe in that males and thongs can agree with each other. though i defiantly don't want to see another guy in a thong i love to wear them (have been for maybe two years now). and about your girl if she is just teasing you about it and not getting mad about it or anything, she probably really does not care all that much. also this is one of those things for me if a guy wants to wear a thong go for it but i sure as hell don't want to see it. hope i helped

 Oh, I completely forgot to add - being gay has absolutely nothing to do with what underwear you wear. The store I work at isn't a porn store or an adult store - it's just a men's underwear store in a mall. The guys who I sell jocks/thongs to - totally regular guys. While I don't know whether their gay or straight (doesn't really matter), I can tell you that they're regular guys, a lot of them athletes who prefer the thong cut while working out.
Seriously, your underwear has nothing to do with your sexual orientation!!

I work at a men's underwear store in Oregon. It's one of its kind and a really interesting place to work. We have jocks and thongs as well as boxers, briefs, trunks, etc. You'd be surprised how many men actually do wear thongs! I actually was surprised myself! I don't ask many questions of my customers, but I'll assure you that there are a lot of guys not a ton, but quite a few - who just find thongs much more comfortable to wear.
Don't feel weird in the least. Unless you're showing off your underwear in front of people, nobody will know or care!!

 Seriously, if i could wear a thong everyday i would. but alas, im only 18 and its considered a slut if i do. People have this thing about stero-types, they much group people into boxes to understand things better. Wear your thong man.. if it's comfortable wear it. I have never considered it gay and or otherwise. And as for your girlfriend. While it maybe a joke on her behalf, its not on yours. Dont listen to it, you know your not gay. So you don't have to justify yourself to anyone.

 Hey darling! While it is unusual for males to wear thongs, it is not gay but more a preferance. The only reason more guys dont wear thongs in my opinion is because they things its "girly" or "gay", its all just a stereotype. If you like it and its comfortable for you then keep doing it. If your g/f keeps making fun of you, get a new girlfriend. Significant others are supposed to be supportive, not make fun of you! good luck!
