you basically girate your hips on him and rub your self back and forth, do whatever feels pleasurable down below. though this does usually lead to sex or at least foreplay, for example handjobs and so on. lordy this is crude, but i was a teen once too lol.
I think the best thing is to imagine your riding a horse and make the same sort of motions you would if the horse was trotting, you can practice techniques by sitting backward on chairs or straddling cushions and so on.
anyway, before you get into that position again, ask yourself if you do actually want sex yet, if not dont get in that situation again till you do.
