writes: OK, this is just a story, about my little life. Just a tidbit. The whole mess started when I agreed to help my friend. To see if a boy, my friend, Calvin*, liked her. I didn't know what I was getting myself into. My work began the next day. "Do you like Jeanie*?" I asked him, as I began to copy down the assignment. He looked up, and tilted his head. "Who's Jeanie?" he asked. "JEANIE." I reminded him. "Blonde hair, brown streaks. Does dance? Ya? Know her? Nutcase..." "OH!!! Jeanie.... Yeah, she's my friend. But we're not close friends. Like me and you, I've never been to her house..." he told me, smiling. I ignored it. He was Calvin. He always smiled.Soon, I began to become stressed. Being in school isn't easy. And I still needed a date to the dance. Everyone else had one. Everyone but me. Everyday, Calvin would ask, "Find a date yet?" "No." I'd tell him, putting up my hair. He'd smile. I'd aim a kick at his shins. And everyday, Jeanie asked. "Does he like me? Does he?" And everytime I'd tell her. Although secretly I'd begun to like him.Sure, I was his best friend in town, but, that made me like him more. I'd pick him for class. He'd help me get things on the high high shelves.Soon, I began to get confused in Science. Him, in Social Studies. So everyday, I'd see him, and he'd seeme, and we'd help eachother. If I ever cried, he'd be there. If he ever got in trouble, for talking to me, about class, I'd cover for him. "He wanted to know whether we were on page 234 or 236. He couldn't hear you because of the fan." I'd lie, even though he was commenting on the old balding substitute.Soon, he always wanted me around. I'd play games with him. When we were stuck inside. I'd sit, and play games, he created. Finally, a few days before the dance, I called Calvin. I sighed. No date for me. GHe picked up, and we chated about homework. He seemed to be wanting to keep talking. Not normal. My Mom called me. I HAD to go. I told Calvin. "WAIT!!" he snapped. "What?" I asked, afraid of being grounded. "Go to the dance with me?" he asked quietly. "SURE!!" I said ecstaticly. On the other line, I hear "YESSSSS!" Quiet, but distinct. And soon, that night, I told Jeanie. She looked at me and said. "I wanted that to happen."This is just to show, that your love, may be closer than you think.

I find it amazing that a kid your age has such a great writting style. Your whole article was entertaining and went to a point. You never wandered around and you used good imagery. You write like a kid in high school.
Have you ever thought of writting stories? I think you'll be good.
Hopefully, you two will stay together for a long time.
