Some guys are just trying to fool girls around. They like to hurt them. I think they don't have the heart to have sympathize to the girls. They should respect them. Not making fun playing with them.
I'd have to say that be careful when meeting guys that always says "I Love You" very frequent. Sometimes something is truly wrong there. You will need to discover it by yourself!

when he said he loved you he simply wanted to get laid,
he changed his mind now for one of 2 reasons
1-) he got what he wanted and he is looking for a new beautifull girl
2-) he didnt get laid and he got bored and he is after another girl that would give him what he wants..
