I love using natural remedies so I will suggest to you a few things I have tried out and works.
You still have a few months before your wedding so I suggest you get started straight away to have maximum effect!
1. If gym is impossible; cut down on fatty foods
eat more fruits and exercise (running, or dancing, or walking fast, for 40 minutes each day. ) This regime allowed me to lose a stone in a month which was excellent.
2.
For fast working acne treatments you have the following choices:

3.
For hair issues; try coconut oil massaging twice a week to thicken and give it life... and get rid of greys. This has worked for many people including me!
However you can always cover up your greys either using henna or hair dye until then!
4. You can refrain from doing housework/ washing up to allow nails to fully rest and grow. If you want a fast treatment from the chemist use a good nail hardener which can make nails grow doubly fast!
Hope those tips help you!

To lose weight you can refrain from eating wheat foods like bread and pasta and eat meat instead. If you can not eat meat then vegetables is fine. If you do eat bread then have it toasted and eat anything else in moderation. Avoid liquid diets.
Acne requires some testing and going to a doctor/dermatologist is quicker. I use a product called Neutrogena On-The-Spot acne treatment. I wash my face with a cleanser, pat dry, apply acne very gently and smooth it into my skin. I then apply a moisturizer. I do this morning and night and I will see results in a week. If you do not have this then use baking soda to wash your face. Make a baking soda paste with some water and wash your face with it.
For hair this also requires some time as not everything works. You can eat nuts and seeds for some hair health. Mix certain fruits like avocado and banana into your hair. Lime can also create a shine. Comb your hair less and use conditioner in your hair not on the roots. You can search on google for more about these.
You nails is affected by what you eat so avoid any candy or snacks. File them to keep them in check and drink plenty of water.
