Hey :)
Urgh, the dreaded period pains - I hate them too! One thing I do is, as Seraea said, have a hot water bottle over it. Can you take a painkiller? I take paracetamol if it's really bad.
I don't really excercise as such, but I find stretching is good :)
Other than that, just relax and look after yourself
Hope that helps! -xxx-

MIDOL! Its like my best friend when I'm on my period. Or you can put a heating pad on your stomach that helps sometimes.

I find that doing a bit of exercise helps. Its more uncomfortable at first but after 2-3mins the cramps go completely although you can bleed more heavily for a while.
Some women also find that having an orgasm helps, but this might not be so practical depending where you are!

Hi :)
I've often had baths for period cramps but I found that they can cause you to bleed heavily and as you've mentioned, they only give temporary relief.
The best thing i've found for them is a hot water bottle on the tummy, but obviously you can't just sit at home all day with a hot water bottle on ya!
I'd recommend trying a warm cup of tea with some honey in it as it really works for me. It provides relief for several hours, and by the time it starts getting bad again, I'm usually in a place where I can grab another cuppa!
This might not work for you, but it really does help me, and I hope it'll help you too xx
