Long term or some fun?

A male United Kingdom age 30-35, *inetiesKid writes:

Just to help, I'm 16 going on 17, still have my v-plates, not a single good relationship because I'm terrible with them, I'm not your typical guy..

Anyway I'm sort of seeing someone who I kind of have feelings for but I just don't see us having a secure relationship.

I've been flirting with a girl who used to like me and I think she still does. We've been hanging out, she doesn't want anything long term..

Should I maybe have some fun with her or try make a relationship work with this other girl?

Thanks.

A female reader, love-struckxo Canada +, writes (17 June 2009):

love-struckxo agony auntIt depends. Ask yourself: Do you want to settle down and have a relationship? Or do you want to have fun?

You could settle down in a relationship - and be in love with this girl, or you could settle down in a relationship - your not happy in.

You could choose the other girl with 'no strings' attached. But then gather more feelings for her, when she doesn't want a relationship and end up getting hurt anyways..

Their are pro's and con's to each, but hey in life their always will be. I say your young so go out and have fun - but being in love can be fun too.

Take care

xx
