*OP's own title*

I've been with my BF for two years, the past 9 months have been long distance as I'm in grad school until December. We have had our little fights but now he all of the sudden has been acting very weird. I just visited him for a week and he said that he missed me too much afterwards that he didnt want me to visit for Easter and wanted to break up. Instead of breaking up we decided to talk less (we had been talking up to 6 times a day) because talking to me felt like a chore.

Even with talking less he still sounds upset when I call him and will only talk for maybe 5 minutes a day.

He is currently living at home and is working two part time jobs while looking for a full time job. He is upset about his living situation and frustrated with all his job rejections. He hasn't been hanging out with his friends as much.

I'm trying to be positive for him, but the last month of "talking less" has put a burden on the relationship, he never seems happy and I feel like we are drifting apart. Should I continue to stay with him hoping this frustration will pass and things will be better when he gets a real job or his own place or just move on?

ps. His best friend told me there wasn't another girl or anything in the picture

Girl i am going to tell ya right now.. Never believe what the best friend tells ya. Trust me i just broke up with my fiancee because i found out he was cheating. An his best friend told me he wasn't seeing any one also. Our relationship was a long distant one also.. we talked on a daily basis, i went to see him every weekend..your best bet is to make a surprise visit... make arrangements with one of your friends to stay at their place or family... and just show up one day at his house and see for yourself. thats what i did.. me and my gf's went down for a night to party, didn't leave my man know i was coming i was going to suprise him, and lone and behold he was with another female... and according to her they have been dateing for over a year.. we have been together for a year and half.. it just a suggestion...
