A male United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi guys,

Well, My girlfriend recently moved from New York To Arizona. I am stuck here in New York. Her mom never liked to see us together. She tried to separate us many times. Of course, we always got back together. Thats love. You cannot talk to her mother. She doesnt care what you say to her. So forget about reasoning with her. I tried that. Its sad because whenever we got together somewhere, we would have to go into a room upstairs, or the basement, away from everyone, or even outside to get away from her mom, and spend time together. She would always WATCH us. It really annoyed me. Anyways, my girlfriend just got a cell phone, which is great news. She also made an email. Now we can keep in touch until we meet again!! She cries and cries. She told me she hates her mom. I assured her that we will be together again. Until then, we will email, call and text each other. (Secretively) We both want her mom to remain clueless. We dont want her to know that we are talking to one another. Technology is our only hope. If she finds out, then its all over. Her mom allowed her to make an email. Knowing her mother, I have a feeling that she will be reading her emails daily. A friend of mine suggested that I make a fake email, so we can talk and she can tell her mom that its a friend from back home. I want to call her, but I'm afraid of my name and number showing up on her cell phone bill. The bill goes straight to her parents. What do you guys think about me calling her and talking to her from different places. That way I'll be all over, and her mom wont be able to know its me. If you guys know of any secret methods of talking to each other without getting caught, please let me know!

My friend also suggested texting her from my itouch. Thats not a phone, so my name shouldnt show up on her bill. Thats what I need right now. Suggestions, secret methods, words of hope.

We are both deeply in love, and we will not let her mother keep us apart. Technology is too advanced. (Honestly, her mother is sort of 'technology retarded' Thats were we have the advantage. She doesnt know how to use ipods, or many features on a computer. But she CAN read. If you guys can give me some inspiration about using technology to keep our hearts together and stuff like that, it would mean A LOT. Any other secret methods of communication are welcomed!! Please! Thank you everyone!!! I promised her I will text her goodnight every single night. I will tuck her in without being there. I love her with all my heart!

Ok I'm sorry this took a while but this deserves an answer look you two love eachother and you shouldn't have to be hiding from her mother if she cannot be reasoned with then show her meet up with your girl friend or why don't you let her stay at your place just to prove a point to her mother. Her mother clearly has issues one of them maybe trust show her that you can look after her daughter but if this doesn't work then her mother can just do one, you shouldn't be scared or worried to express your feelings for your girlfriend in front or around her. You two are surely old enough to do what you two want and you two want to be together so be together no matter who doesn't it is just you and your girlfriend. I hope this isn't too late and I hope it will help
