Light bleeding after sex...is it because he's too large?

Question - (1 October 2008) 3 Answers - (Newest, 8 March 2010)
A age 41-50, * writes:

My boyfriend and I began to have sex about 4-3 months ago and we didn't have any problems. The first time we had sex I was definitly aware he was bigger than the person I had sex with, before. The first 2-3 months the sex did not last as long as now and was not as intense or passionate? As it is now. During sex I can feel he is probably at the maximum penetration. Sorry for the wording this is the first time writing and I've never really had any problem like this before. In the last month or less I sometimes have very light bleeding after sex. Not right after maybe the next day and lasts a day or two. My period is normal I haven't been late I was early last month by a week but nothing else has been different flow or length. I'm not entirely sure what it might be. Need some advice

uncutdan agony auntLube is a wonderful thing, there is too much friction between your vagina and his penis. Its like getting a carpet burn, and if it continues makes you more vulnerable to infection. Get some lube to make things slide better.

I've had some light bleeding too after sex, and thought it was my period. Perhaps you should go to a gynecologist and get it checked out. It could be your cervix.
