What probably happened is that you tore part of your hymen. It is a small stretch of skin at the entrance to your vagina. It varies greatly from woman to woman and normal everyday activity can break it if it is even there to begin with. Other women have it so flexible it just folds out of the way. Virgin births are not as uncommon as the bible suggests IF you see the hymen as the indicator of virginity.
Masturbation does NOT interfere with your fertility in itself but it is a delicate area and you should be wary of what you stick inside. Vibrators/dildos exist for a reason.
A glass bottle might break, the top might come off... You also need something that is easily cleansed.
Wether you still are a virgin, well that is up for debate. Most people would say until you have sex, you are a virgin. Since you haven't had sex with anyone else, you probably still count but no, it does not seem likely that you would bleed again. Depends on the size of the bottle, if it was a 2 liter coke bottle... well, child birth at least should be easy ;)

questioning ones virginity has been a question of the ages. Masturbation is purely ok though, I would suggest however that you buy a dildo because a bottle is alittle unsafe and dangerous. I am not sure if you are a virgin, I even question myself when I "lost" it. Technically, if you broke your hymen bone (pop your cherry), you are not a virgin. However, if you feel like you still are because you have not have sex with a man. Then believe in your own thoughts. You just need to let that future guy know. I'm sure he will think its hot anyway.
