I was wondering if this is a sign that he likes me or if he is trying to impress me. I recently tested the waters and said I like him (like crush) and he said he does not have a crush and would not unless we met but thinks I'm attractive. When he does these things I get confused.

Its up to you now to decide if you want to meet him, and pursue this romantically, or just remain as you are.
