Yes, all girlfriends would be wary. But understand. If he loves you like you think he does he probably wouldn't have even thought of cheating on you. Talk to him about it, tell him you know he wouldn't but you can't help being nervous. I'm sure he'll undertsnd everything ok?

 At 1am I don't believe there is anything to be worried about unless it's a everynight thing. But you should talk to your bf and tell him how you feel. If he respects you he'll fix things to make you comfortable. if you are really uncomfortable, I would ask him to tutor her in a very public place and not say at her house. But i hope this isn't something to worry about but chances are is that they have a lot to cover in a short amount of time creating this late night study sessions.. I dont believe it necessarily means they are studying each other.
