 Wait and see if he contacts you again. If he texted you at 3 a.m. he might have just been in his cups looking for some sex. I certainly wouldn't read a whole lot into just yet.

Ask him out :) He does like you... I've asked that question so many times and then chickened out lol. He is a true bloke.. definitely sensitive meaning a good partner.. At least in my opinion. My girlfriend was so shy when we first met... Took me a few weeks to ask her that question now we are going strong and may be taking it one step further. Good luck ;)
