It would be a good idea to go to your doctor - s/he can administer the 'morning-after pill' which helps protect against pregnancy after unprotected sex. You can take the pill up to 72 hours after unprotected sex, however it's most effective if you take it as soon as possible so be aware of that.
Is the guy older than you? He doesn't sound very responsible.
Next time you have sex, make sure you wear a condom.

Well, were you relying on him pulling out? Was he using a condom? Are you on birth control? I'm assuming if you're scared that you're pregnant, you weren't using any sort of reliable birth control method, and an "oops" very well might mean that he had a slip up and you may be pregnant. He might have said "oops" because he realized that he just has sex with a friend of the family. Maybe he said "oops" because he remembered he left the oven on.
But if you used no birth control, you absolutely could be at risk for pregnancy. Not to mention, STI's!! If you're going to be sexually active, you need to keep a trusty condom in your wallet to avoid doing dangerous things like unprotected sex. Make a doctor's appointment perhaps to check up, get a pregnancy test and to talk about birth control options. Keep yourself safe, sister!!
Good luck.
