I think your problem could be hormonal. You know what they say about pre-menstral women being a little irrational and sensitive around that time of month. Well, what if your hormones are whacked out, which makes you like this more than just once a month? Sometimes going on a mild dose of birth control (oral contraceptives) may be the answer to your extreme emotional outbursts. After that you may want to examine your "triggers"....what are feeling, thinking or aware of right before you freak out? Do you have too much caffiene in your diet? Are you eating right (skipping meals makes people way more edgy, and edgy means more freak outs)....Also women who feel they aren't being heard often turn into psychotic little screamers when it feels like they aren't being heard normally. I hope you can figure it out.
