The location is rather hard to explain, but they are on the mons pubis a little too the left of the clit and a bit down near where the labia can be pulled out. These 'ridges' are located on the part that conects the labia to the upper part of my vagina. These ridges have been on my body for as long as I can remember but I'm wondering if these are somehow tears? There are about three ridges that look possibly like they could have cut torn.Is this something on everyone? Or does this sound like a tear? I really don't know how to explain the location or what they look like any better than I already have. They aren't very noticable unless you look really closely, as they are very tiny. What is this?? Tears? Or is this normal?

It sounds like the ridges that every woman has on the front wall of her vagina, just inside... It is called The urethral sponge... Which incidentally is where your G-spot is!
Hope this helps.

Every woman in the world has a different body - and that includes her vagina!
What you're describing sounds very similar to the bumpy back wall of the vagina near the opening that some women have. Because I'm not an educated medical professional, even though I'm very sure this sounds perfectly normal and actually quite a common thing, if they are giving you pain or discomfort, especially when or after having sex, then you honestly should go to your gp.
However, to me this sounds absolutely fine and normal.

I can't say I understand what you mean, nor have I seen anything that sound close to what you describe as ridges. If you have had them all your life and they are not painful or botehrsome, then I will assume they are normal. Everyone looks different down there. But if you are worried then you should ask your doctor about it just to get it checked out. Altenatively you could take a picture of it and keep it under control over the next years to see if anything changes or not.
Asking your doctor would be the very best thing to do though.
