Keegles aren't helping, what can I do to tighten up down there?

I have had two kids I have been doing kegel exercises for over 3 years i do know how to do them with my first child 8 11 head was huge tho i had to get 36 stitches from in side out.. After that i could not even flex one muscle then I had my second baby I haven't really felt much since I really need to know what to do mY doctor said my children had tor my insides like crazy i might have to get surgery but its very costly any other ideas..

Kegels are really the only thing you can do outside of a medical setting. However if you have muscle damage from child birthing, Kegels aren't going to help as much if at all.
