Hey,

I know this is a relationship advice kinda site but was wondering if anyone could give me some help on this issue.

I've recently been feeling really ill after I have eaten, usually stomach cramps, nausea etc and I dont know what's causing it. Friends and family have noticed that I have been losing weight, though this has certainly not been intentional. I usually eat breakfast, lunch and dinner though I am a smoker, and have around 8 or so cigarettes a day. Could this be adding to the problem?

I'm not sure what's going on but want to find out before I lose more weight, as weird as that sounds lol. It's really getting me down as well cos I feel I can't always eat the things I like!

Any help will be appreciated! Thanks :)

It could be anything go to the doctor.

It sounds like it can be acid reflux or an ulcer. Thats the side effects that I get from my acid reflux. If it is acid reflux then yes the smoking is making it worse.

Go to the doctor.

Oblivia agony auntHow long have you been feeling like this? I must give you the same advice as the good ones you've already had: Go to the doctor! Now!

Hopefully it is just nothing to worry about and it will go away, but don't take that risk. Go see the doctor to rule out it is not something serious. And do it rather soon than later! Call them today!

Take care of yourself, and tell us how it goes so that we know you're alright!

petina1 agony auntthis could be any number of problems with the stomach cramps. You really need to let a doc take a look at you. A simple test maybe all you need. Smoking doesnt help but i have a feeling its not the cigs that are causing these particular cramps. It could be bowel trouble but like i say, please go see your doc. hope this helps.
