Has she given you any reason to believe she is interested in you? If you feel that she may be receptive, GO FOR IT! Like the others said, start slow. Coffee or something. The age isnt a problem. Good luck, keep us posted. :)

Ah age should not mater when it comes to a relationship!! My friends parents are 11 years apart!
If you really like her it shouldn't matter
Before diving in and asking her straight away, look for signals to say that she like you too, this should put you at ease when you finally want to ask her =]
Good Luck!!

The age difference shouldn't be an issue, hon... If you care for her, say so. From what you have said, there are no issues standing between you, and if you care for her, life is too short to just let it go by. Start slow, ask if she would like to get coffee sometime, and feel it out from there. Worst case scenario, she tells you she isn't interested, and you can carry on being friends, provided you aren't too hurt by that. Best case scenario? You get the girl.
But if you never ask or say something, you'll always wonder. Go for it, and good luck.

It should'nt make a difference about the age. Not many people mind age gaps and so they shouldnt. Just pluck up the courage to ring her and ask her out for dinner, the worst that can happen is she says no and at least then you no you tried. Go for it!
