writes:hey i've been in love with a guy for 3 years and last year we got together when we were alone i asked him if he did like me and he said yeah when we got back to school everyone was saying we had sex and everything and i was so upset i broke up with him after 3 days. this year has been hard we've been arguing about him going to join the royal marines next year i was so upset, he kept asking me why i cared so much! i didnt no what to say i was crying on the phone to my friend lol she said not to tell him so i didnt the next weekedn we went to playzone and she was all over him infront of me! she said she was asking him if he liked me and he said he didnt. thing is why does he care so much about me and people say we both have feelings for eachother because of the way we look at eachother! recently though he went to his bm house and said that he likes me sometimes but jst not all the time bt he said to this guy my friend he doesent i told him i love him. but he thinks its a arguement for him not going away :( sorry its long but please please help. do you think he likes me too?

reader, anonymous, writes (20 June 2008): he cold be lying because h doen't want it to get ack to you and then realise you don't actually like him, then he would feel foolish. Perhaps you should get him on his own this weekend and show him how much he means to you, but don't be the clingy type, boys need a little space for themselves. Be very forward with him, so he knows you are being serious and want to make a go of it again.

I expect it was just a load of mouthy old gossips that have nothing interesting happening in their lives so they have to talk about someone else.If he said he likes you then he probably does and you should give him a chance. I reckon he was just as embarrassed as you were when that spread around the school... I think that you should tell him how you feel and the only reason he said he wasn't interested was in case he embarrassed himself. You should tell him how you feel and maybe he will give your relationship another chance. good luck
