I feel so drained and tired, it's as though my life has fallen apart! I know it has only been a day, but i've been comfort eating and i can't stop, I've been unable to sleep properly for weeks, having this on my mind... please advise me on what to do, i don't think i can cope! Firstly hun, do not think that you are the only one who has gone through this. Crushes like this are more common between people at your age than any other age group.
You need to try to keep your mind occupied for the time being and realise that this teacher was just doing his job.
There are probably many other girls in the same situation with the same teacher.
Try to spend your free time with your friends and start enjoying yourself.
I went through something similar with one of my former teachers when I was your age, but I accepted that it was just a teenage crush and that nothing would ever come of it.
This is just one of many learning experiences you will face as you grow up. You will look back and laugh at this when you are older, I promise you.
