The problem is i dunno how to do this :SIs it just kind of squeezing your bum cheeks together?Please could you help me out

Hi, it's not the bum cheeks side of things, it's the front bits that you need to concentrate on. The best way to find your PC muscle is to stop the flow of urine while you're peeing. It's a kind of a squeeze right up feeling. Do this a couple of times until you can feel that muscle that is stopping the flow.You can check to see if you've found it by inserting a finger into your vagina and squeezing the muscle you found in the exercise above. If you feel pressure on your finger, you've found it.And pepper's advice is spot on too.

Strengthen Your PC Muscle Not sure if this picture helps at all, but lets face it pictures are fun.Sex, like any activity in life, is not one which can be enjoyed fully without a little bit of work. It needs to be praticed, refined and perfected. Among the things that can greatly enhance your sexual experience is strengthening of the pubococcygeus muscles, also known as the PC muscle. If you are confused because you don't remember your personal trainer mentioning that muscle group when planning your workout routine don't be; this is not a muscle you need weights to work (but if you do, I want to get to know you better...) So What is it? You know the PC muscle well and I imagine you use it almost every day. When you stop the flow of urine, say when you are on the toilet or in a painfully long business meeting, you are using the PC muscle. Guy, when you have an erection and you make your penis bounce, that is the PC muscle; girls when you grip a guy during sex, that is the PC muscle. This is a muscle that you want to get to know better. As I mentioned above a strong PC muscle can greatly increase the pleasure found during sex. For women, a strong muscle can make vaginal orgasms easier, provide for a tighter vagina and allow them to squeeze their parter harder providing more involvement in the sexual experience. Guys can expect more control over their orgasms which will allow them to help fight off the inevitable when they are in the middle of a sexual encounter that they want to go longer. Kegel Excersises Strengthening the muscle group is a very easy task and it is something you can do in public. The best way to start is while you are urinating. While you are going, stop the stream and try to hold for 10 seconds. If you can't last that long, then hold it as long as you can. Once you have done this a number of times and are able to identify the muscle group easily, feel free to take the show on the road. Try it during a boring class, while you're making dinner, in the shower, wherever. Simply flex and hold it and then release. Don't over do it and be sure to give yourself a little time between reps. As time goes on, holding the ten seconds should become pretty easy so gradually lengthen the time just like you would do with any other excercise. Also, when you have an erection, hang a towel over the head of your penis (don't start with a big beach towel!). Then try and lift the towel, and hold for as long as you can. Do 10 of these, and then take a break for a while. Over time, you will be able to use a heavier towel, and hold it for longer. Remember, it's not working that makes the muscle bigger, it's resting after the work! Hi hunny
Imagine you are dying for a pee and you are holding it back keep pulling up your vagina muscles, you can use a vibrator a small one and try and hold it there standing... This is a good way then there is the pencil test (make sure its clean love) if you insert a small thin vibrator and stand and try to hold it in place with your pc muscles you will then get an idea how to do this on a day to day basis without anything it will just come naturally and the great thing is you can do it anywere and no one knows, When you peeling the spuds! when your walking the rabit! oooh I mean dog thats talking of vibrators sorry!!!:) good luck hunny HOPE THIS HELPS WITH LOVE N HUGS MAD MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
