writes: I want to leave my husband but not sure when and how to go about doing it.....he has not changed his ways when it comes to the put downs the criticism etc.. he complains when I don't cook and when I do its crappy.....mind you we have a 2 yr old and twins who are almost 8 months now...and he complains that the house isn't vlean....etc.....I have just recently started training for school bus driver to avoid paying for daycare.....and every night he's on his cell doing what I don't know..I get the feeling he's internet cheating but he will lie about it if I confront him....so I'm at the point I had enough and ready to leave him.. The very first thing you need to do is talk to a divorce lawyer. That's the first thing. Make sure that your family and friends you can trust know (not too many) so you have support. But start with the lawyer.

Look up where you can get some counselling from for free. That is a good start as you sound sure that you want to split. He sounds like a waste of space I fear. Discuss it with friends and relatives in confidence as it is important to prepare the ground work.
You will have to overcome a lot of negative views from some who will tell you to see it out or put up with it?
