I am a virgin, so I'm not pregnant. I read online that exercise can cause your period to be late, and I have been walking about two miles a day for a week or so, but it was already late when I started walking, and it's not strenous exercise. I haven't been extremely stressed about anything lately, and I'm not on birth control or any other pills, for that matter. I've gotten a few cramps over the last few weeks, and a few days ago my breasts started feeling tender, but no bleeding. Is this normal? Is there anything I should be doing? Any help is appreciated :] Thanks!
