I eventually want to have kids, I'm not talking about anytime soon, but when I do will I have to have his semen implanted inside me so that he doesn't get it? I have been treated for the STD and I currently don't have an outbreak, I have only had one outbreak and I took care of it as soon as possible. Will I have to use a condom for the rest of my life?

genetal warts are caused by many things not just having sex with some one who has them.
once they have been cleared up there is no chance of catching them from you. I suggest you wear a condom any way because there are much more dangerous std's out that will damage your way of life such as aids.
if you are in a long term relationship and you are happy that neither of you have anything then make sure you have another kind of birth control in place.

the bit at the bottom says "Most experts agree that people should avoid sexual activity until visible warts are removed and the area has completely healed. "
