writes: I've been at my new job now for 1 month, me and my male boss get on very well. He is 31 and I'm 19. He is single and has a child. He talks to me a lot about his life, most of the time he is the one to start a conversation with me. I asked him out for a drink via Email, not sure if that is a good thing? He hasn't said yes or no yet. I catch him staring at me, he's always winking and smiling at me and tends to look in my eyes and at my lips when we have a chat! He always asks me if I've been out the night before with friends. Not sure what to do? or what he is thinking? any ideas? I would just like an answer from him! Reply to this Question Share |

I recon let him initiate the contact he wants to, dont go all proactive. If he fancies you he will ask you out for a drink. But I agree with previous posters - it will complicate things at work eventually.

i agree. keep it professional. cause if it doesn't work out, it'll be too awkward. Also, he is probably being friendly..don't think too much into it. no need to get an answer from him because he probably didn't think too much of it.
