A female Canada age 30-35, *oskey writes:

Hi me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 and half years and we have 2 kids together. i recently found out he cheated on me with his ex not too long ago, he tells me he was drunk and it didnt mean anything but he slept there also so i dont know if thats all he did was kiss, he swears he never did anything else but i just dont know if i can believe him.

I love him so much, i dont understand why he would ruin our family like this - should i take him back? when i found out, i went and did the same thing to him to show him how it feels, he still wants to be with me and said he will quit drinking, ive done everything i can to make him happy, i dont know why he would hurt me so badly, and i cant be alone i was never alone before, its going to be hard. what do you think i should do anyone help me out

aunt honesty agony auntWell first off young lady two wrongs certainly dont make a right, and at the moment you are just as bad as him. But as for he is concerned well he should have told you straight away that he had cheated, its up to you now what you want to do, if you want to walk then go for it, it can be scary being on your own if you never have but you have two children to keep you company. and if you love this man then tell him he needs to work hard on earning your trust back, as far as drinking goes people just use that as a n excuse and as far as you going and cheating on him well that was quite immature.
