I have never gotten this close with someone this quickly, or seen them this amount. my question is fairly trivial... it is his birthday soon and I have no clue what would be an appropriate amount to spend? Normally after only a few weeks I would buy a small but thoughtful gift, however I feel this won't quite match up in this situation, if that makes sense. Thanks!! Reply to this Question Share |

I'm just one man but I always prefer something personal than something 'store bought'. Can you make up a rhyme then get some crayons or markers and make a card? Sexual limericks can be fun.
If I received something expensive from a woman I had only been with 16 days, no matter how many hours of intimacy, I would feel 'paid for' if you catch my drift.

I think small but thoughtful is still perfect. Sure, you've seen each other a lot in those two weeks, but it's still only been two weeks. A gift need not be expensive to be perfect.

For instance, a good bottle of single malt whisky for about £35 would be a nice present if he likes a drink! But also do something thoughtful - guys love that. For instance, bake him a homemade cake and decorate it nicely! Time spent doing something like that will show you really care.
