I want to get in contact with him either by text message or FB but am unsure of what to do as I'm out of the dating scene just a little too long. Nha, you need to call him by phone. Let him hear your voice. Ask him to go out. Then just walk around the city, your arms wrapped one in another and just talk about anything and everything.
What use is there to go out with someone if your not friends with him? The kissing and all of that is just a bonus.
