Go see your GP. They will be able to give you a much better answer than anyone on here. It may be nothing or it may be something but its better you find out sooner than later.

It could be an appendix, it could be ovulation.
Best see a doctor though as a burst appendix is NOT nice, it's a 999 emergency trip into surgery.
Call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47. The number looks too short but it works.
It's 24 hours so call it now and find out what it could be.

Your appendix is on the right side of the abdomen and usually if you have pain on the left it's a sign of constipation.
If the pain is on your right or left I would suggest going to see your GP just to be on the safe side. It could be anything really - irritable bowel syndrome or something.
I'm not doctor though, so I'd strongly suggest that you go and see your GP.
Try not to worry, hun. I'm pretty sure it's not something that can't be treated and I'm sure you'll be fine.
