writes: So i've been talking to this guy on the internet. we "met" through a mutual friend that i go to church with and he goes to school with. Well, we've been talking for awhile now and he wants to hang out this weekend. I really do want to meet him, but i'm worried that when i meet him in person i won't like him...or even worse, what if he doesn't like me? any advice on how to calm my nerves or anything would be great! thanks in advance!!

yeah i think you should just be yourself and act like this guy is your friend because if you start to act nervously he might have second thoughts. just treat is as hanging out with a new potential friend for the first time. you haven't agreed you're going to start a relationship or anything, so if one of you doesn't like the other, who cares? just go and have fun.
