This is basically my problem... I am finding it hard in my new job. Some people have back stabbed me and i have somehow giving my bossess the wrong impression of me. I guess they dont get my sense of humour or perhaps i was too friendly too soon, i dont know. What is the best way to handle this? I'm not sure whether to cut my lossess and go and learn from my lessons/mistakes or stick to it out and see what happens. They have also put me back on training programme, this has never happened to me before, i was mortified. My confidens is knocked greatly and i feel i was rushed out of the training too soon in the first place. Has this happened to any one before? How did you handle it?

Anyways, I say stick with it. If you give up now your confidence will be knocked furthur. Where I live, if this happened the employee would probably just have gotten let go. You are lucky that they are trying to help you & train you the right way. Don't feel bad about this. Like you said you were let out of the training program too soon anyways..just take it for what it is, a learning experience. Continue to be friendly, don't gossip and don't tell anyone too many details about your personal life.

If you could explain further. What exactly did the employees do or say which you consider backstabbing. There are many different situations in the workplace, and each one is handled differently.
