writes: Finding this site has helped me a lot, now i know i am not alone. i am 26 yrs got married last year february, still trying for a baby. my inlaws bad mouth me and make me do all their household chores. my brother inlaws wife has 8 children some are the same as my age but they just sit with their mother and watch me do all the work. my husband pretends that he does not see or hear all this and if we happen to talk about it he defends them. now i have to financially support my father in law and brother in law and its puting a lot of strain to our marriage as we always fight about it.my father inlaw only contributes 300 a month for their grocery and electricity. now i have decided to look for a house where we can move to, although my husband does not want us to move out but i am moving out with or without him. i think its time for him to choose between me and his family. i am even considering not giving him a baby until this has been sorted. Opinions needed.

I don't think you should have a baby while living with your in laws. However, are you paying rent there? If not then I see the chore thing as something you do to keep rent. If you do pay them to stay there then put your foot down.
