Are you getting medical help for the depression and anxiety problems? If not then it is important that you do. Often our view of life and happiness can be negatively affected by untreated medical problems.
While I agree that you should live by your standards, we must still accept that we are in a society that values the freedom of others so we should include respect for others into our own standards.
Good luck

Do what you think will make your happy and not society happy. Society is just a nameless institution with myriads of opinions.
What is more important in life is your happiness! If you want to be a clown and am happy , so be it.
You do not have to mould yourself to society which is just other's perceptions only.
Live by your standards and be happy.
