 ok hun sorry to break it to ya but if he hasnt asked you yet... he isnt going to. to me it seems he only tells u he likes u just because its what u wanna hear. and the main reason y u r putting up with the way he is acting is because humans only want things that they cant have. if he really liked u, it wouldnt matter who he is around; he would mainly be all about u. anyways (i know u arnt guna do this lolz)but leave him alone, find someone that treats u good and respects u. good luck :P

 well then ask him to be your boyfriend! theres nothing wrong with that in fact he may like you more for being bold.
I cant think theres a better way to figure out how he's feeling about you than to ask him.
