My mental health was not in the best way at the time, as I was in the early stages of recovering from depression. The relationship lasted 6 months, during which the boy put a lot of pressure on me to go further than I wanted to. In the end, he took advantage of me when I was drunk. The only person I told about this was my friend, "Jane".I didn't see him over the summer, which worked out very well. But now we're back in school and I have to see him everyday. It's extremely difficult to be near him, knowing what he did to me. I tried to avoid him, but "Jane" makes that impossible. She always goes over to him at lunch and brings me. Whenever a group of us make plans to go out, she invites him. She knows what happened and everything, so I really don't understand why she's doing this. I've talked to her about how much he hurt me and how he impacted hugely on my recovery, but it's like she doesn't care!Any insights into this would be hugely appreciated, x.
