Can you make it into a game, to give it some context? That way you're not just simply shoving your crotch into his face for no reason. If it's in the context of a game, the facesitting can be his "punishment" for whatever he did wrong or answered incorrectly.

 Ok well first of if you are not comfortable with this then you need to tell him, i understand that he really likes this but a lot of girls dont, if you really arent happy doing it then explain that to him, if he loves you he will understand.
If you are not comfortable you arent going to achieve orgasm. tell him you have body issues and you are slightly embarressed, let him tell you that he loves your body, which am sure he does, and just remember he loves you doing this that tells me that he loves your body you just need to try and love your body just as much.
