It started out with a smile, and later we started talking. Once I got the guts to do so, I asked him out. I actually thought he would say yes because of the way he looked at me and talked to me. Instead, he said, "Oh, I have basketball practice that night - we're going running." He even said, "Another time." I waited a pretty long time before I had the guts to ask him out again ( and it was to a school event during school hours.) But he still said, "I have to help my friend finish a project." I have to admit I teared a little, and I didn't like the thought of him playing with my head. So I just stopped talking to him altogether. It's been a year, I'm still single, and I'm wondering if I still haven't moved on. I haven't felt as strong about anyone as I did about Eric. What are your thoughts on my tragedy? + What should I do now? -Terry Reply to this Question Share |

Its always hard when the one we love doesn't love us back no matter how young or old you are. But we have all been through it.
