i had this problem n went to the clinic n they tell you that for a test to be accurate it has to be past 2 weeks of the incident x so leave the test for at least 2 weeks even if your period is due before then xxx

Wait 1 month before the pregnancy test even if you get your period try not to stress out to much meanwhile.

It depends when your period is due. You can get a false negative if you take the test too early. Sperm can live for up to 5 days in the fallopian tubes waiting for an egg to appear. Then it can take quite a few more days for the egg to actually implant in the womb. Then it will be another few days before a pregnancy test can detect changes. In other words, it can be anything from 3 – 21 days after you had intercourse before you can detect the pregnancy. Most modern pregnancy tests work on the day that your period is due. You might want to take another test a few days after this to confirm – assuming that your period hasn’t arrived.

You have already left it five days, i think you should do a pregnancy test as soon as possible and don't leave it any longer. The condom split to the likellhood that sperm did enter you is very high.
Do a test today just to give you the peace of mind, for you both.
All the best x
